Bathylle Missika

Head of the Inclusive Development and Partnerships Division, OECD Development Centre

Ms. Bathylle Missika is Head of the Inclusive Development and Partnerships Division at the OECD Development Centre. With over 20 years of experience in development, Ms Missika oversees the Development Centre’s strategic engagement on social issues, including gender equality, discriminatory social institutions, social protection and informality. Ms Missika’s portfolio also includes the OECD’s engagement with philanthropy for development. She created and currently leads netFWD, the leading network of foundations working for development and the OECD Centre on Philanthropy, which produces data and analysis on philanthropy for development.

Ms. Missika holds a degree (MA, Public Service) from Sciences Po in Paris, an International Affairs degree from Tufts University and an MA in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington DC.
