Julienne Oyler is the CEO of Inkomoko, ranked Africa’s 8th fastest-growing organization by the Financial Times in 2025. She leads a team of more than 1,000 people across five countries, working alongside refugee and host-community entrepreneurs to expand access to finance and build durable local economies. Julienne holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in African History from Georgetown University. She has lived in Kigali, Rwanda for more than a decade, where she is also a mediocre, but avid tennis player.
